  • Use cold or lukewarm water.
  • Use mild detergent only.
  • Do not use bleach or harsh cleaning products.
  • Do not iron.
  • Air dry or tumble dry on low heat.
  • Fluff after drying to help restore its shape.
  • Make sure it is completely dry before use or storage.

Delivery, Warranty & Returns

Delivery within 7–10 business days — 3-year warranty — 14-day exchange and return policy.

Wash gently using a delicate cycle. Use a mild detergent and avoid chlorine or bleach. Dry thoroughly in a well-ventilated area, avoiding high heat or strong wringing to help preserve the filling and shape.

A 6-month warranty covers manufacturing defects or abnormal clumping of the filling, provided that the care and washing instructions are followed.

The warranty does not cover misuse, improper washing, the use of chlorine or bleach, or high-heat drying.
